Demolishing Stony Structures in Isfahan

Two years ago an Iranian blogger, Shahin Sepanta, warned about what is happening to Iranian Stony Structures in Chehl-Sotoun, Isfahan. Later, chief of Chehel-Sotoun Garden Museum promissed that these stony sturucture along with Sassani stony head  will be organised to transmit and exhibit in the western balcony in the Chehel-Sotoun Garden in order to keep them safe.

Now after two years that Shahin Sepanta has got new photos of this site, the situation is getting even worst. Pictures prove that some stony structures are being under danger and seriously demolished.

You can see the pictures here and judge if it is better to call ” Garden Museum” or ” a cemetry of historical stony structures “
